These are extra copies I’ve accumulated over the years. Only the items listed ON THIS PAGE are for sale. Email me what you’re interested in with your mailing address and phone number and I will provide you with a PayPal invoice. All payments are PayPal (goods and services) in USD: no other forms of payment are accepted.
I live in Southern Ontario.
- For the U.S. and Canada, I am using various mail services for the best rates: keep in mind these are large and heavy books. UPS is about $25 USD for shipping.
- International shipping is expensive, but I work to find the best method, usually UPS or FedEx. An AE insured to Europe is about $60 USD for shipping.
All books will be bagged and boxed well. Because of the different book sizes, I make my own shipping boxes. With sealed books, because the book is sold shrink-wrapped by the publisher, I can’t guarantee the interior condition.
